Shipping Policy

Orders cannot be split. An order will be shipped when ALL items in the order are available. If your order has preorders and in stock orders, it will be shipped out when the preorder items become available. Please make separate orders for separate shipments.

  • Shipping Policy

    • Flat Rate $4.99 - Any orders below $300 will have a flat rate of $4.99 shipping for US orders (Excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US Island Territories)
      Free Shipping over $300 - Any orders that have a total of $300+ (excluding tax) will be free. This applies to US Orders only (Excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US Island Territories).
      International Orders - Will follow carrier rates.

    • All orders have a tracking number that will be e-mail when the order is processed and shipped.
    • All Pre Order orders will take 10-14 Business Days to ship out.
    • For most orders, shipping will take around 2-5 Business Days.
    • For some large item orders shipping would take around 4-7 Business Days.
    • We ship all orders from Arizona to all over the world (except to Japan).

  • Orders that are flagged as High Risk of Fraud will be cancelled within 3 days. There will be a 20% cancellation fee applied.
