- We have a 30 day policy for returns.
- For an item to be eligible for a refund it must fulfill all these requirements:
- The item is returned within 30 days of when it was purchased
- Item must have proof of purchase from Shopca
- The item must be undamaged
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
- There is a 5% credit card processing fee if the item was original bought using credit.
- There will be a 3-5 day wait for credit card refund.
- Orders that are flagged as High Risk of Fraud will be cancelled within 3 days. There will be a 20% cancellation fee applied.
